Terms and Conditions
1. Service Provider
Face painting and sensory play services are provided by Klára Juránková, ID No. 03989844, operating under the brand Malovárna (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers children’s programs, in particular:
- face painting,
- sensory play for children aged 0 to 1.5 years,
provided at private and public events based on individual agreement.
3. Booking and Reservation
Bookings are made individually via email, phone, or the contact form on the website.
A reservation becomes valid after mutual confirmation of the event details (scope of the program, location, time, and price).
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
The price of the service is determined individually depending on the type of event, duration of the program, and number of children.
Payment terms (cash on site or bank transfer) are agreed upon individually for each booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
In case of cancellation:
- more than 7 days before the event – no cancellation fee applies
- 7 days or less before the event – the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as agreed
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g. illness), both parties will agree on an alternative solution.
6. Liability and Safety
The Service Provider uses safe, tested, and appropriate materials and follows hygiene and safety standards.
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for their children at all times and stay close to them during the program (especially during sensory play).
7. Personal Data Protection
By submitting the contact form, the client agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and further communication, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website malovarna.cz.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication on the website malovarna.cz.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
