About Me
My name is Klára Juránková. I am a mother of three children, a teacher with experience in children’s groups and summer camps, and I am the founder of Malovárna.
Malovárna is a place where joyful experiences for children meet calm moments for parents.
Working with children has always been a natural part of my life. I love their spontaneity, curiosity, and the way each child perceives the world in their own way. That is why I create programs that are not about performance, but about experience, respect, and safety.
I believe that not all children want to run wild at events. Some need time, calm, or just a safe space where they can be themselves. There are children who are sometimes difficult to bring out into a busy environment, and when it finally happens, they should have the opportunity to find their own space. A place where they don’t have to adjust to noise, pace, or others’ expectations.
Face painting and sensory play are two different ways to achieve the same goal: creating an environment where children feel comfortable and happy.
At events, I often hear that Malovárna is “the corner kids keep coming back to.” And that is exactly my goal. I want children to take home a beautiful experience, parents to have a moment to relax, and organizers to feel confident that the program naturally fits into the event.
I focus on:
- A respectful approach to children
- Safe, high-quality, and tested materials
- A calm and friendly atmosphere
- An individualized approach to each event
I do not have a one-size-fits-all scenario. I treat every collaboration as unique and adapt the program to the space, the children’s age, and the nature of the event.
If you are looking for a program that considers even the more sensitive children, slows down the pace of the event, and creates a space where both children and parents feel welcome, I would be delighted to hear from you. Together, we can design a solution that makes sense for both you and the children.
